RETO! LLC (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to our mobile application RETO! The Party Challenge Game (the “App” or “RETO!”), available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. NO PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION

We do not collect, store, or request any personally identifiable information (PII) such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or locations. The App is designed to be fully usable without requiring user accounts or logins.

2. SUBSCRIPTION MANAGEMENT VIA REVENUECAT

We use RevenueCat, a third-party service, to manage in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat may collect limited device and transaction data (such as purchase history, device type, or region) solely for the purpose of verifying access to paid features.

We do not use any analytics tools (such as Firebase Analytics or Google Analytics) that track user behavior, session duration, or location.

6. DATA SECURITY

Since we do not collect user data, no personal information is stored on our servers. All media and challenge content is delivered statically via secure cloud storage providers.
