RETO! LLC (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to our mobile application RETO! The Party Challenge Game (the “App” or “RETO!”), available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. NO PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION
We do not collect, store, or request any personally identifiable information (PII) such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or locations. The App is designed to be fully usable without requiring user accounts or logins.
2. SUBSCRIPTION MANAGEMENT VIA REVENUECAT
We use RevenueCat, a third-party service, to manage in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat may collect limited device and transaction data (such as purchase history, device type, or region) solely for the purpose of verifying access to paid features.

3. MEDIA CONTENT AND AGE APPROPRIATENESS
The Anime, Games, Movies, TV Shows, and Celebrities categories within the App's Audio Zone are intended for mature audiences (17+). These categories may include YouTube videos containing mature or sensitive themes, including but not limited to clips from M-rated video games, R-rated movies, and TV-MA rated shows.
By accessing these categories, you affirm that you are at least 17 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and you consent to viewing potentially mature content. These categories, and the App as a whole, are not directed to or intended for use by children. We do not control or host this third-party content. Viewer discretion is advised.
4. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The App is not directed to or intended for children under the age of 17 in relation to the categories listed above. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child under 17 has accessed mature content in the App or provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
5. USAGE ANALYTICS
We do not use any analytics tools (such as Firebase Analytics or Google Analytics) that track user behavior, session duration, or location.
6. LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY SITES OR APPS
The App may include links to external platforms like YouTube, Amazon, or other third-party services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these services.
7. DATA SECURITY
Since we do not collect user data, no personal information is stored on our servers. All media and challenge content is delivered statically via secure cloud storage providers.
